For over 16 years, Dr. Fox has been performing partial and total replacements and reconstructions of the hip and knee, and arthroscopies. The results have been phenomenal thus improving the patients’ quality of life. He also comes highly rated among his peers and patients. Dr. Fox knows that research is the key setting us apart from all the rest. He has extensive knowledge and experience conducting various research studies with our in-office research team. He has conducted studies on DVT trials for total knee and hip replacements, osteoarthritis pain trials for the knee and hip, torn meniscus, and osteoarthritis knee injections. This allows us to improve the quality of life for our community using the latest advances in medicine. He attended Oklahoma University in Oklahoma City, OK where he received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. Dr. Fox completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery in 1989 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Fox is Board-Certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery as of July 1991 and re-certified in March 2001. The Mosby Scholarship Book Award and the Department of Surgery Award at the University of Oklahoma are a couple of the professional honors he has received. Kelly Cooper, P.A.-C.Physician AssistantKelly Cooper, P.A.-C. attended the University of Washington, School of Medicine in 2003 receiving her Bachelors in Physician Assistant Studies. She also attended Olympic College where she graduated with honors receiving her Associates of Arts and Sciences. She was on the National Dean’s List and the Dean’s list at the University of Washington from 2001-2003. Kelly is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Kelly has been assisting in orthopaedic care for over 3 years, and has been assisting in the treatment and management of Dr. David L. Fox’s patients since July of 2007. Kelly Cooper, P.A.-C.
